| What is PayPal and How does it work? Paypal is a payment service that allows you to instantly send money to anyone with an email address. PayPal is used by over 6 million members in 26 countries worldwide. PayPal is completely free for US buyers to send money, and PayPal lets you charge the payment to either your credit card or checking account.
